Temperature check Respiratory

Both, many let go, some retained.....most positions are now full time which they should have been since the start. Who ever dreamed up the flex model for this launch should be unemployed.....Who ever signed off on it should be right next to him or her.....

We all know who is to blame for this mess. Jon Coktoasten has been a disaster from day one. Should have been fired long ago. He must have the goods on someone in home office.

Not a big fan of contract rep's but this contract had no plan. At the meeting I would watch there managers no direction on what to do. The reps had a target list that were no see doctor or did not write COPD. The manager would put the poor rep on a PPI. One manger put all the reps on a plan. I talked to my local reps they we're in fear of there manager. Now the Full time reps are starting will they have a list to work with?

I am on this contract as a flex rep alone in my enormous territory. I have been in this field for 20 years and, like most contract reps have been a direct company rep. Contractors are only as good as the client contract allows us to be. There is no way I can be successful launching 2 products to primary care when I can only work 24 hours per week. I still have the same amount of admin and the same size territory, just fewer targets within it. (I have 50.) I still have to do 2 programs just like everyone else. I am competing with AZ and GSK reps who have 4 or 5 people in the docs' faces every week while I can only make it around the territory every 3 weeks.

Not a fan of contract reps? Look sonny, most of us have a lot of excellent pharma experience, but were downsized. We are no different than you. We are just on a contract and you work directly for the company. Not a big difference. We are not inferior, you just wait!
