I left my sales rep position at Medivation to come here. Work environment at Medivation is terrible. Much better here. Medivation upper management is clueless and many of the RDs are incompetent.

That would make more sense. I don't know of many former Executive Counsels who become pharma sales reps.

Then again Mayes went from Executive Counsel to human resources but in his case that transition is probably a huge bump in compensation. 150,000 free shares is a lotta shares!

Stranger things have happened though. Greg Mayes has made the transition from executive counsel to human resources probably with a HUGE bump in compensation. He just got 150,000 free shares! Thats a lot of shares!
