Having a Lifecell background and having sold both biologic and synthetic meshes he did offer me a field sales position. Guess he didn't like it when I told him I should be in his position and maybe he should go into the field to get some practical experience. Murphy was a poser and a zero going back before Pacira. Lied about working while out coaching and doing dad duty. Hypocrite 100%. Even now he has not changed his Linkedin profile and still suggesting employment at Tela. I hope karma hits him over the head like a ton of bricks and his next job is more suited to his skills.... maybe an uber driver would work.

Pete Murphy is the new CCO at Tel Bio. How this inadequate synchophant was hired shows the their HR did not do its due diligence. Beware, this turd has no skills. He can barely speak in from of more than 10 people. Talk about technologically challenged! He cannot even put together a PowerPoint, he had another manager do them for him. He also led backdoor ambush to remove Pacira's African-American VP of Sales. Guess who replaced the VP? Yep, PM.
No leadership, no charisma, no creativity, no ethics, "boys club" mentality, terrified of most of his reps as a manager. Good luck!
