Let's review what will happen next. You have "cleaned house" and gotten rid of all the non performers. So things should be peachy now right? Wrong. You have decreased your cost of sales so you will see a boost in profitability....yeah!!!!
You will however, not see a tremendous increase in sales, as is the whisper behind closed doors. Access is still THE issue and quite frankly, the Teflaro story has been written and the curtain is falling. It will be relegated to very niche situations and will go down as one of the worst anti-infective launches in history and be sold of to a 3rd tier pharma marketing company for pennies on the dollar. It is already a case study in how NOT to launch into the hospital. Best of luck to you all, I know how hard this is and wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors.........
