Boss just told us it is not lay offs.
And how does your boss know? This is EXACTLY how it went down with Team 3 last year.

Not for team 2Boss just told us it is not lay offs.
Exact aquires Team 1, gets Cologuard back with giving PFE 50%, aquires Team 1 and spares Pfizer having to pay severance.

I am hearing this too. Wonder if we would all get placed or if we could take severance.Exact aquires Team 1, gets Cologuard back with giving PFE 50%, aquires Team 1 and spares Pfizer having to pay severance.

I don’t think they’ll have a choice as technically your Employment with Pfizer is ending. The move to exact will be voluntary, and may be a good opportunity for people who really really need to keep a job and maybe aren’t all that marketable or live in areas where jobs are few. Who knows.I am going to be pissed if we can’t take the severance!

That’s so stupid. We would never need that many reps selling it.I don’t think they’ll have a choice as technically your Employment with Pfizer is ending. Yes, that would make sense. We’d take the Exact positions when we are the ones without a product other than theirs…They would lay off the exact reps. It makes sense as Exact has HR and Director of business development on the call. Nothing said about HR on our call and they are always there to make sure nothing is out of compliance from a legal standpoint.

The whole scenario is assuming Exact is being acquired by Pfizer; take the severance if you have the choice as you don’t belong if you can’t figure that much out.
