You watch after all this panic it’s in reality going to be an “exciting new marketing announcement - the cologuard box is now going to be purple!!!!” Market research suggests…blah blah blah

I don’t think they’ll have a choice as technically your Employment with Pfizer is ending. The move to exact will be voluntary, and may be a good opportunity for people who really really need to keep a job and maybe aren’t all that marketable or live in areas where jobs are few. Who knows.

They would lay off the exact reps. It makes sense as Exact has HR and Director of business development on the call. Nothing said about HR on our call and they are always there to make sure nothing is out of compliance from a legal standpoint.

Exact will acquire Team 1 and then turnaround & layoff their current sales force? That’s your prediction? Exact has been pushing to do physical in person calls. Why on earth would they want a group of people who’ve been hiding at home to replace what they have?
