Operating Plan for 2022 is not finalized until October so odds of T1 getting told we’re axed tomorrow may not be that high. Exact’s call tomorrow includes HR and Strategic Alliance Director so take that for what it’s worth. What’s so peculiar about this though is that T2 is not part of the call. Unless it’s because T2 is more of a backup on CG with Eliquis being so important to their portfolio.

Here is what will happen at 8:02am tomorrow. JS will say we had to make some really tough decisions and turned over every stone but ultimately we are eliminating Team 1. It’s a huge loss for Pfizer and a huge difficult decision. Something like that…

What makes you think Team 1 not getting axed?. We got the email at 4pm for the next day and it’s only Team 1. Pretty telling
 




Sadly, it’s not about work ethic or people skills or who actually worked during COVID. It’s about money. T1 looks like they are gone. The rest will stay on as monkeys on the phone. The reps who screwed off all year will get paid back by actually having to work, 8 hours a day. Enjoy! Your vacation is over!!!
