Does there seem to be a major disconnect with GTM ideals, and the 1990's type Frequency goals?

Does your Veeva database call list warrant any attention compared to a "TRX and NRX' list derived elsewhere?
 








We need to give direction to you, sales representative. The sales have been lagging, so we dismissed many of you. We kept some of you and expect better results. Get off the computer and your cell and see customers, okay?
 




Ha! We get paid on net sales compared to net sales goal, period. I have a handful (about 15) docs that account for about 80% of my net sales. I've worked them the best I could....and am top 10 PC. At the same time I'm last in the district for R and F. Guess what...no one has said shit or cares. Get the net sales going your way and you become King Shit on Turd Island

If you had the leadership and field insight to give direction, then your statement would be justified. Trite hindsight market observances don't justify your "Just Follow Orders" smug attitude.

Nailed it, especially in intrapeaneur buzzword bullshit. Why do business use the latest buzzwords like suddenly things will change because we can through a new word out and sound all "with it"

There is nothing stopping the next downsizing. NOTHING. It's coming. Spiriva is going off patent and we have....Stiolto? It's at 29 Million ytd. Spiriva is a 2-3 Billion a year product. Pradaxa is going off patent too. Sure, some will switch over to meta. but you don't think every single one will do you? Within 2 years, no more (purely) card sales force and 0.00% resp. sales force. Get resume updated.
