Takeda Named Top Work Environment

Deerfield based Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc., was named one of the top workplaces for employees in the Chicago area by the National Association of Business Resources, according to a release from the association.

The association named 101 companies in Chicagoland to its list. An independent research group chose the winners based on commitment to excellence in human resource practices and employee enrichment after assessing communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more, according to the release.

“At Takeda, we understand the importance of an inclusive, collaborative work environment, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration Laurene Giagnorio said. “This award recognizes the company’s commitment to providing strong support for our talented workforce, and helps to promote Takeda as a genuinely great place to work.”

Some of the categories judged are compensation, benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment, engagement and retention, employee development, recruitment along with employee achievement and recognition.

Hey,Doug! Still waiting for the link to this "current"?????? story!!!!!

True. HR is truly one of the most useless of pathetic individuals. They are back stabbing bitches that can't be trusted. Really, in what way does HR add any value to this company? When has HR ever stepped up for an employee? Never.

Who pays Human Resources? Exactly! They are hired and put in place to protect Takeda. Never ever forget this fact. They are not their to help you develop a case against your manager or support why you feel your RSD is an idiot. Don't contact them unless you have an e-mail, several counterparts substantiating you claim or a video. Never call them just to discuss a situation. You will be identified as uncoachable and eventually they will find something on you.

This is true they are not interested in the truth fairness or integrity. They play dirty, so you have to play dirtier. Go to a spy store and buy something that will Stealthly record conversations. I had a loser for a mgr so I recorded his dumb ass for almost a year.
You wouldn't believe the kinda shit this jackass would say and it was all 30 seconds away
From being put on YouTube for ever for anyone to hear. When he went to hr to try and screw me
Boom! I have so much dirt on him and my shady counterparts. My lawyer has it and Takeda is

As long as you have a job, it is true. This company is in a free fall, but they take care of employees.

They have a sick style of taking care of their employees,by lying to them and treating them like dirt! The "old" Takeda took good care of its employees!!

Thats what i thought too until I took 15 min of my time and found a much better job at a non toxic company. There's plenty of jobs out there with equal or better pay and bennies don't be brainwashed by the bs.

True. The way HR acts is a reflection of its leaders. When there was a different VP of HR, there wasn't a culture of intimidation and lying. The VP HR needs to have integrity and the backbone to stand up for what's right for the company overall. HR now only acts to support management, and they get rewarded by serving their masters well. The HR leaders are weak minded and vindictive, too feeble to hold real jobs, they express their self disappointment by trashing the lives of those who do have talent to contribute. All part of the sad story of what Takeda has become, failure after failure on so many fronts.

Is the HR bully Jeff Mogle still around?
