how do you kill culture and employee loyalty any faster than with Marie France & Co holding a townhall and displaying fake empathy? company culture and engagement are at an all time low because they treat people like they just don’t care whether you are here or not. It’s the worst it’s ever been at Novartis. For a company that always talks about doing the right thing, the global transformation disproves that.

Jobs are posted as of today for associates to reapply. Why is it that Novartis is still using the old structure (oncology, pharma…) as part of the transformation process? Cannot get the basics right?
 








The sad thing about the “great transformation” is how many directors. National directors. Executive director roles there are now. They do nothing except pack their calendars with meetings to appear busy but it’s really us little people that do all the work. But somehow
They have time to post more bullshit on LinkedIn all day. Micromanaged to death by people making 20 times our salaries and do nothing but give their bullshit opinions in the ten bullshit meetings a day they attend.
