Exactly what I expect from an idiot contract rep:Wrong. You must be confused on what marketable means. You are Syneos management material. Syneos sells your services and skills to the client company. The client company uses peoples skills to market a product or service.

This is the most poorly run organization I have ever witnessed. The antiquated HR platforms and complete lack of response you receive from HR whenever you try to gain assistance or insight is beyond unprofessional.
Very unprofessional and callous HR department.
This company cannot possibly build any employee loyalty among field sales and they obviously don’t care to.
Is it that bad here? How come they still bag big contracts? And dominates the industry? I am beginning to think I made a wrong choice working for this contract sales company!
