Did anyone receive email from Syneous about class action settlement

Yes, I did. It looks like they are sending out $229 checks. But I am afraid to cash it, then Syneos never consider hiring me again.

The only one they wouldn’t rehire is the person who is the named plaintiff in the case

however that actually is retribution which is illegal and would have even more of a payout if they took legal action against the company

It’s based on your dates of employment and the timeline that correlates to the dates named in the case

in my career I have cashed a few checks from other class action lawsuits from Pharma lawsuits

"You are eligible to participate in this settlement by endorsing and/or depositing/cashing this settlement check"... By joining the collective action it also means all of the courts orders in this case will apply to you and legally bind you"

The amount of paranoia in this company is ridiculous. You earned the check so say it and move on.

They want you to cash the check friends. $200 to relieve them of any liability to you for their past, current, or future offenses on the matter. It’s a bargain.
