I always check CP before applying. Based on this thread, it sounds like there’s a bunch of arrogant douchebag clowns that got hired that are happy other people have not heard back. Seems like you're seeking solace and justification for the choice to stay with the large garbage pharma companies. Big pharma depends on average, mediocre reps like yourself to grind away for years at average pay while being told your heterosexuality and or religious orientation is sickening to the organization. The mere fact that you feel the woke garbage companies you have been part of are, "more reputable" speaks volumes. Leave the launch gigs to us cowboys and STFU while you stay on the ranch guzzling your "leader's" jizz while sewing quilts.

Many times they do not but in this dead end industry the only way to build real wealth is to have an equity stake in the company. When it does work out it makes it all worth while. Smaller copanies with equity are so much better to work for as people try to solve problems rather than hide away in their cubicle. I realize many people do not want the pressure of being alone in a territory where the spotlight is on you alone but dont think you are better because you hide behind a pod, you are the epitome of a fraud check casher. Lastly, none of these comapnies are "reputable".

OMG man. It’s just question. Are you ok? I can’t imagine going through life this angry. You will lose years living like this. My goodness. Take care of yourself. Please forgive them as these guys are really excited about Syndax…much like folks were excited about Clovis and Tesaro and a host of other companies where no one made any real money. This one will be different though…just watch the “I’m a Syndaxer” videos…I mean if that’s not a who’s who of success, I don’t know what is.
