sweeney in danger

Sweeney will probably be safe - but I hope he does pop on here and do more than just read these comments. These posts, and you can actually tell, are from hard working, intelligent, creative reps who are scared to be themselves. I mean isn't this the reason our DM's hire us? They do beacause they are interested in our "own" personality and what "we" as different individuals can bring to the table. Why change what you initially loved in us and then send the fear of Jesus in us? I just don't get it. Chris - go back to motivating with true conviction and play on the strenghts of your team. You have done that before and you killed it. Don't let outside factors swade you from being a motivator who leads through your own experiences - and allow your reps to integrate this into their lives without feeling pressured all the time. You will get them on board. This should not be an epiphany for you Chris. Go back to support, excellent field ride training, and accountability - FAIRLY.
It will move us in the right direction - I will put my ass on that.

SHARK awards seemed more focus on bashing other reps than actually recognizing those who "won" the award.

The SHARK award is the laughing joke of the company now, no one listens, no one cares, everyone else is glad they do not have to participate in this childhood " RA RA" garbage. Please, take your next manager's meeting - cut the surf outing in half, and come up with something remotely interesting, creative - and hey...possilby motivation. This jumped the SHARK years ago buddy.
