It’s such a complete joke how this company has set goals with Vraylar the past year! How can it be fair to set goals increases exactly the same throughout the country with ZERO regards for current Baselines or Managed Care Access eight years into the launch. Teams with baselines of 50 TRX/week and teams with baselines of 400+ TRX/week have been asked to grow around 10% qtr over qtr this entire year. So the team with 50 TRX has to increase to by only 5 TRX but team with 400 has to increase by 40 TRX per week. All the smaller territories need is one provider to start writing just a little bit to win. Meanwhile, the bigger volume territories have to bust their butts to keep those TRX from falling off since patients switch meds all the time, big volume antipsychotic prescribers change practices often.

Not to mention the complete unfairness that comes into play when you live in a state that requires 2-3 + specific generic trails on Medicaid verses states that have ZERO steps.

Who are the idiots running the compensation program? A bunch of high school drop outs?

She’s still around? She is a disciple of CR. Don’t know him? He’s got hundreds and hundreds of comments about him. She is in so over her head it’s amazing. She, like most Forest Legacy management, was promoted based on factors other than the ability to lead. Therefore to compensate for that the try to tear others down. By pointing out the perceived short comings of those that report to them they deflect from their own shortcomings. They hide their insecurities by surrounding themselves in the trappings of success. But objectively if you only care about yourself and don’t care about having morals or a soul, she and her mentor CR are perfect examples of success. If you care about other and doing things the right way people like SB will always be the antithesis to that.

Coming from WH…. Is it worth going to psyc? Ive heard horrible things about susie and the managers. Horrible culture & they think they are the shit. The micromanagement and 10 call minimums. Also heard from HCPs that PCP dont feel comfortable adding on an add on and refer to psyc. Heard psychologists are hard to work with. Should i avoid!??

They’ve been trying to get rid of WH since before the merger. The fact it is still around would encourage me to stay. I would in no way shape or form want to work for for SB. Everything you have heard is correct. It is not worth it I would avoid this unless I had no choice

Meanwhile Abbvie won't pay for Genoa's scripts, so these 11+ Genoa pharmacies from Olympia to Salem are pointless to have VRY filled there. Genoa is obviously nationwide & obviously attached to an behavioral health clinic, good luck hitting goals.

rumor has it that Genoa hasn’t been reporting since July. The company should have backed out previous Genoa scripts out of our baselines but doubt that happened since they haven’t been transparent with the sales force about this being an issue. Other companies such as Teva and Alkermes and Intra-cellular all let their sales forces know Genoa and other non retail pharmacies weren’t reporting prescriber level data.

We are going into next year's ungodly goals based on imaginary Genoa volume? So expect every quarter to be like Q3 payout next year, sounds motivating. They'll make it motivating in Orlando. Can't wait

Can’t wait for the next BS Spiff email…newsflash the Spiff is a joke. Only the tiny volume shit-stain territories are making any bonus money yet are delivering revenue for the company. Fire up the banjo for all the red neck territories. Fuck this shit.
