Yeah, really what's up with the go fund me anyway? A total lack of leadership... calling out every sales rep in every division... the bottom of the list without knowing why someone would be down is management by fear. Total lack of integrity.

you must be atop the rankings and thats why you dont like it right?

I love that in the year of COVID, ZB not only had the balls to offer us a loan on our own paycheck during the shutdown (with interest) but also is taking a chunk from our November pay for not hitting Q3 targets.

Every account we work in has limited the number of joints they can do based on allowable beds throughout Sept through November. There's not a prayer on the planet that we could hit our goals with the pandemic. But they are taking money I earned to fill their gaps. F this place!

Wait them out. We’ll have a whole new crop of hotshots soon enough. Been around long time and seen this weak leadership multiple times. I’ll do just enough to get you to go away and save my bulks to when the sales incentives are most lucrative to pay back the interest and make up for other losses. Compliance and selling bulks at huge discounts need to be monitored.

Winning?

How does selling bulk benefit reps? Seems to me it benefits everyone except the reps. Hospitals get product for a larger discount and corporate gets the numbers, but the reps lose money for the same amount of work

by getting a large commission. Not trying to be a smart ass. Im a 1099 rep myself and made a ton in Q3. But speak to your distributor so they dont hold your $$. If not call Mark or your regional VP. No bs. My guy wanted to give me 10-15% only. Also by helping the team deliver the quarter. If ZB doesnt deliver the quarter then they will shut down investments and you will end up working somewhere else. Some folks in this exchange likely would be happy since they are so unhappy with their employer. It would personally suck for me as I like the potential and industry is consolidating post covid. Lastly negotiating bulks you develop relationships with C suite folks who can buy a robot from you later. Heard loud and clear this is coming to us

ladies and gentlemen. This is exactly how you shoot yourself in your own foot. This sucker will end up working 3 times as hard for the same if not less pay in the near future. I am a 1099 full line rep as well for long time and I do not recommend this strategy. He must have some horrible priced contracts to think this is how it’s done.

Barring a complete shutdown of electives w are already going to get the quarter and don't need a big bulk buy to reach our goals. The problem is when you go and sell these same items the other 11 months of the year, the accounts will expect the same pricing. So less money for the same amount of work.

hanson we all understand your plan. say all the right things, have your righteous fights for equality and then let ivan do all your dirty work and behave completely opposite of your empty words.

be a leader. sell the planes. shut down unnecessary connecticut office. tell the street elective surgeries are shut-down and expect lower revenue. decision-making can not be centralized. get it back to the business units and eliminate the slow bureaucracy that slows growth.

Hanson doesn’t give 2 shits lol. He’s just trying to keep up with his neighbors at this point. We have become the joke of orthopedics in last few years, and that’s no joke. Even arthrex reps talk better about arthrex then zimmer reps talk about zimmer lately. If it wasn’t for loyal surgeons this would be a full on disaster here for big blue.

Not a more true message has ever been posted... Spot on, I wish the company had the leadership that this person just showed. Simple, and 100% true!
