Surgical

I think everyone will continue to experience the pain until the ship is righted even if that ever happens. It just feels like the company is in decline and will not get better any time soon.
I also think the arrogance of Olympus will win out and they will always believe the products sell themselves regardless of the rep so no one is really safe.

I was contacted for an interview for a Surgical position in the Midwest. I've read a lot of these threads etc.. but whats really going on right now? any changes coming after April 1st?

I know most negative feedback on here comes from reps that are doing bad and hate the world so hopefully someone can give some good insight and tell it how it is.

Feedback on comp would be helpful as well

I have an interview for surgical sales in the Midwest. Can anyone give me a heads up on whether this is a doable and viable gig. Don't wanna jump ship to a frying pan. Can quota be made? What is realistic to make etc
Thanks

There are some changes that will take place beginning of Oct however they are good changes. The position in question is a good opportunity with a lot of growth potential. Good luck!

Can anyone share whats going to happen to the URO/GYN Division?
There are so many rumors flying about new comp plans, management cuts, etc etc.

Does anyone have the facts?
We are all heading to Vegas in about a month and things are getting tense over here.
