The only way to really know what you will make is to look at the Domestic Sales Trend report. As mentioned before, you should ask the hiring manager to go over those numbers with you and explain the commission plan based on the actual numbers from the territory. If the manager won't do this with you - you will probably know it won't match up to the $150k they told you..... I can honestly say that most territories are NOT producing $150k. The above poster is right.... The managers have left these territories open for way too long.
