Regarding the post for more cuts in Nov-Dec, is that across the board or limited to sales? I was told that R&D cuts were over. What about manager/directors? I heard we were next.

I used to be in this industry it sucks hardworking people lose their jobs. I don't don't see how all of you deal with constant threat to your career. Start your own business! Be your own boss! Make more money!

I am a dissplaced employee and I feel the severance is fair. Commissions are also included as well as benefits. I have consulted with many outside of our industry and it is at or above the standard with those individuals in our pay grade. Does this mean I am happy with this situation; of course not. But I felt it necessary to answer this question honestly. It was handled very respectfully by my management

I heard that managers got a year's pay irrespective of how long they had been working. Can someone confirm that?

For reps its 2 weeks per year of service minimum of 8 weeks plus benefits and unused vacation. Not sure about managers

A Years Pay?? You have to be kidding? That is hilarious you would ever think that would be the case. That makes a ton of sense.

I think in the home office it was tiered based on years of service. Something like over x years got you 6 months plus 2 weeks per year. Some of the more tenured non mangers are approaching a years pay.

like we can't tell this one was written by H.R. or Lori or Chris or some person that is in management. Karma is applicable to all of us including them. I hope for their sake they do handle it well and with respect to those they are effectively putting on the street. I knew this company was a bag of the smelly stuff and that is why I am leaving once I get my October pay. I'm leaving on top and I am not turning around. I can sleep at night knowing I have determined my future instead of COV mgmt / H.R.

Nope..I am an SDS. I was simply giving my opinion and am not bitter. I was burned out and ready to go anyway. Although its tough, I was ready to GO.
