Hilarious but accurate.

Yea how about the meeting of the contract meeting that has no contract and the NDC block coming our way.

Then the meeting of advocacy development meeting to use the field to try and counter attack what your stupid Market Access department couldn't do in the first place.

Our market access department is full of frauds, liars, buck passers, and do nothing personnel.

Probably one of the most accurate descriptions of the "market access" team. They should change their names to the "market denial" team.
The sad part is no one will get fired on that team for no performing because they're all BJ's cronies from other companies.
Kind of screwed yourself hiring friends didn't you BJ?
What now? The field reps you duped into this job want answers now.
 






India will not pay long term for a group that does not buing but fill out business plan after business plan but actually never sees nor influences a customer.

Peterkins and his cronies try and build a " we are busy" mindset. And make committees and teams for everything when in reality it's all just bullshit

Anyone who interviewed for Market Access here at Sun and says they did their due diligence on this flea market of a pipeline and still took the job means they were about to be fired or laid off from their last firm or they are not that experienced or tenured in Market Access.

Sun is low level Market Access firm from a career standpoint.

Whatever makes you feel good. Quit blaming that division and SELL something then we can talk about it. How many jobs have you had in the last 3 years? Guess it's time to start looking for another one.
 


















The only thing that makes no sense to me is why did we hire so many personnel in this Market Access department that have nothing to do?

Didn't need to hire J&J quantities for Sun Pharma drugs that's for sure.

It's what happens when the chief Indian listens to consultants and his ego.

It also shows you how "yes" men are always near by.

In the end this group has way too many people and they are influencing very few for positive change.
