It's not possible when the director never leaves her house. Unless payers are willing to fly to her mid Atlantic state nothing will get done. This is her M.O. from company to company. Just do enough to get by then once leadership finds out your really not working...leave and do it again at another company.
 






From what I have learned is that this department has absolutely no contracting leverage at all.

As well they don't even have presentations or deliverables to provide the payer customer the Sun vision and why to do business with Sun

All the managed markets director cares about is being home and getting her workout in. Just leave her alone. She has at least another year before she gets found out and moves on to charm another foolish male leader and do the same thing. Maybe a different role too. Who knows she's willing to take any job where she can just survive for a couple years and do it again and again. Loook at her track record and tell me I'm wrong.

Most managed markets departments in comparable companies have staff that has 10-20 year relationships each with payers. Our people have less than 10 years combined. Don't even get me started on the director of the dept. No idea what the leadership was thinking there. She has one year experience and less than a year's worth of relationships. So laughable.
 






she is a good ass kisser.

She is not the lead on the department. Guy named Peterkins is with a bad haircut

He is buddies with Jesper the Jester. They compare auto parts on their import cars

The department is an image look. Not a department of results. In the end McKenzue consulting sold the key man from India to build an image of staff

They haven't done one damn thing
 






well JP has just called in for all members of his over staffed group to leveredge their relationships

Now realize on thing colleagues

JP will never tell you to your face he is going to shoot you when you are not bringing him what he wants. You will never see it coming

The same leadership that would normally demand all that is written above from an MM team is the same one that are in bed with......so there will never be accountability in the MM team. Just ass kissing, finger pointing, force outs, and revolving door.

This group is so far behind in Part -D contracting our OPH drugs will be out dated by the time we are on a real PartD grid.

I will be at this meeting. There will be more ass kissing than imaginable. Everyone jockeying because they have no results nor much to offer. But no one does.

It will be interesting. Well until we find a way out we are stuck watching lips on ass
