I thought it was a guy who had that territory. I may be wrong. Who knows there is such high turnover here especially in the East. Probably had enough like rest of us. Thing is management still doesn’t get it.

For those who have been with sun for some time. Do they have a history of layoffs? is it similar to most pharma that its done near the holidays if so?

Been with Sun since 2016.
In early 2017 there were some people who lost their job because of a consolidation with the acne and steroid team ( bonfire Taro not in the mix).

sun doesn’t have layoffs for 2 reasons:

1. The annual turnover rate is line 5-10 times as much as pharma norm
So there always a lot of openings

2. It’s very difficult to get people to join Sun, so there’s always a lot of opening positions.

so then with 1 and 2 above, we’ve been under employed so no need for layoffs

If Sun ever had 100% of positions filled, its bankrupt them

uh what do you call all the people let go in march from med derm side? Tons of sun employees were fired. Yes there was a merger with taro and most of those reps were let go but plenty of sun reps were too
