A few major resignations signal perhaps the last eff-you wave at SUN.
Clearly the scaled back annual bonus and retention bonus period lapsing were the final triggers.
Our $100M+ DTC campaign leader has bailed out, which is a big no-vote sign of confidence @ SUN.

It was some time ago I first heard this place described as a SHIT SHOW and it’s really living up to the name.
Nice job leadership team.

We lost a Sr. Marketing Director who’s been here 4-5 years and a Regional Sales leader with almost 10 years. The last few decent people are now gone or at the doorstep.

HR: how do you spin that ?
 


















That’s a shame to lose both of them.
I think between now and probably by end of Q4 it’s going to be another mass exodus. Whether you stay or go, good luck to all.

how does HR spin that? Simple. “We would like to announce yet another Indian joining our organization”. If you are American and like being treated like a dog, Sun is a great place for you.

Two Exec. Assistants

Not a bad couple of weeks Sun !

You have so much knowledge. Only ONE exec assistant left - and she was a nuisance and a major complainer about everything.
