Suck a fat one, Conicelli...

Ahhh yes..... the leader of the lollipop guild is back from the annual prayer session of our lady of the jnj backorder (Mgr mtg....at least there was no casino incident this time....ehhh Mel;)
The early Mgr messaging is inspiring. Keep it up.....we will continue to pray at the altar of the backorder.

This is hilarious. I don’t work for Baxter, I came across this blog while doing research for a potential Baxter executive management position. I kind of feel bad for this guy Chris. He must be a pretty poor leader to have so many negative comments made about him. This serves as a great forum for a leader to get unbiased feedback from. I recommend that he takes heed of these negative comments and address the needs of the people working for him or else he won’t be able to ever get a job outside of Baxter with these blog comments linked to his name.

he deserves all of the comments. He only cares about his own advancement, he’ll throw anybody under the bus, he could care less if any rep but the chosen few improves/gets promoted, and he doesn’t have the background or credentials to be anything but a sales rep.Conicelli was an average rep, a disappointment as an RSS, and a joke of a manager.

And a ZERO as a Tisseel product manager

Sadly, Chris has been allowed to run unchecked by Meg. Given he's been a train wreck leading the Surpass agreement, his unwillingness to be on calls that impact his managers and their regional business (he's too busy, he says) and his overall lack of leadership, he needs to be cut loose.

Meg - if you thought letting Ron go was justifiable, this decision is making itself for you.

amen!!! Always too busy for everyone.

its time for him to go!

Conicelli (and Meg, and BH) are perfect examples of the Peter Principle - people who get promoted rise to their level of incompetence. Success in the field doesn’t translate to management skills. At Baxter, the less you think, the higher you go. The smart people who are around learn to keep their mouths shut and take the paycheck and commission (at least when products go on back order) Conicella (and Meg) repeatedly passed over good people for management - oh, and they were all smarter than him. A good leader surrounds themselves by people who are brighter than them and helps others rise. Nuff said
