I know a few people from other companies jumped ship to go there. From what I heard, Braeburn was a third-rate operation consisting of a single admin, a few execs and absolutely no organization. No thanks. I can live with ambiguity, but not with that kind of complete chaos.

Part of the gang? Are you serious? Someone should take a look at the Boston District. What a joke. What is wrong with these managers? I am still hanging on with this company because I absolutely love what I do in spite of the managers who really think they are making a difference. The best thing they can do for us as well as the customers is to stay home at their desk and pretend they are doing something productive on conference calls. It is actually getting ridiculous dragging them along on field rides under the guise of "inspiring and developing us" seriously?
Between Joan Jett, in the Mid Atlantic, and the Micro Manager in Boston its amazing anything gets done. Shame on you Business Directors for letting this nonsense continue.

Agree about the managers. Mine is an embarrassment. We should have area admin people and let the CL's do their jobs.

I was an addict for 10 years and Suboxone saved my life period, and my families lives. Totally clean for over 3 years its a miracle. It's impossible to quit without it its easy to quit with it. I was as bad as it gets. If you are thinking of getting on Suboxone do it. Just do it life is so good when you are not forced to chase pills.

I could care less about someone elses company and their issues with us, what our job titles are, ad nausea. One thing you can know for sure, its a really sorry individual who has time to do this and gets this worked up over issues "it" has little to no knowledge of.

Ditto. Problem is, mger before this one and mger before that one, were also embarrassing. Why? Why can't they hire normal people? Shouldn't there be a test required? Say, for basic communication skills, such as having the decency to return calls and include everyone in communication, not just suck ups and finger pointers?

Agree on the managers. Like the one in NJ. How many people are they going to let him get rid of. I here it's up to 15 now. He is that scared that he needs to get rid of people that are smarter then he is. And what does he have on his boss that he lets him get away with it? How many people have to go to HR to complain about him before the company gets it?
