I'm not sure, but I have two theories.

1. Young people, especially liberal arts majors tend to be arrogant. They think they are smarter than anyone else, and because they avoided math and science in college they will believe just about any pseudoscientific claptrap they hear. They are too ignorant to know that they are being deceived. Now that I am over 70 I have much less patience with them. They remind me of young teens wh think nobody knew about masturbation until they invented it. Anyhow, that's my theory.

2. The other theory is that BN is just plain stupid.

More than half of the civilized world is on board with the issue of AGW and what will be necessary to affect change.
