Stryker Gallup - how do you fail?

I saw a LinkedIn post for a Stryker job in my city. I inquired with the recruiter and the response I got was “Thanks for your interest in Stryker. We reviewed your profile and determined that you’re softer than babyshit. There are plenty of jobs at Stryker but you don’t fit the profile. Find a needle and don’t look back. Start putting in the real work before you come around here wasting everyone’s time. Best of luck.”

My question is: If I’m scared of needles, does that pretty much mean I will never get a chance to shine brightly at Stryker?

I'm not really sure why you'd want to pass, anyway. I just came over from working for (bigger) competition, and Stryker is a total turd of a company. Like, great products, but horrible people.

This place is like some weird cult and the obsession with STrEnGthS is bizarre and pathetic. The people are unpleasant and gormless af. It's like a company full of gross used car salesmen with rapey vibes and half of the sales guys can barely even write.

The way you pass Gallup cult test is by having a score for motivation that is over a certain threshold. That's why the people are mostly shit: because the company has deliberately filled itself with people that will tread on each other and anyone in their way to get a sale.

We took those anonymous Gallaup survey and since they didnt like the answers we gave, we had a meeting to make sure we knew what the questions were asking. Weirdest thing I have ever seen or had to take part in...on the job.
