Hello!
I took the Gallup assessment today for an associate sales position at Stryker. I’ve been wanting to get into this company for a while. My interviews with the recruiter and hiring managers have been great thus far, however, I know if you don’t “pass” the Gallup, you don’t make it to the next round.
My question is - how can you “fail” the test if it’s a personality/strengths test? How do they determine if you’re moving on or not. I’ve actually taken strengths-finders assessments before (online) but not sure if my verbal one produces the same results so I’m a little anxious as I really want this position. The Gallup interviewer said my results will go to Stryker by EOD tomorrow and they’ll be the ones to contact me about next steps. Does anyone have any insight about their experience?
Thanks!!
