I think the range is 45 to 65. I would be surprised if they actually stuck to the low number (not realistic). And the 30k is possible if you get things moving pretty good. I know some that will pass 30, some that will be short of 30. I think the average is more like 20 annual to be honest.

The products are not easy to sell. You have to find little gold mines here and there. If you are not a digger.. this place is definitely not for you. For what products we are dealing with, the package is fair. Benefits are good. The pay is good in this tough economy. And if you make it happen the bonus is really good. But you have to bust your ass.. that is for sure!

You have it all wrong. You aren't negotiating for 60 -65k, you are negotiating for 30-32.5k. Strativa doesn't calculate on an annual basis but on a six month basis... because that is how long people stay.
