Why go the anonymous route when you can contact a lawyer and have him start a thread on here to explore potential sexual harassment suits. I’m sure enough women have been through this that your story could be corroborated. You maybe even able to use this forum as proof of the type of mentality at this company.

The law office can post their contact info and set up a hotline for women to call in with their own experiences they can collect names, dates and what was said. Even better, they can go on linked in search for women who worked at this company in the past and be proactive. Talk to a lawyer if you feel that what you’re experience is serious.

You’re actually right. So much of this thread has been intimidation, doing exactly what it’s meant to do: keep anyone at the company from speaking up.

Women often have a lot of things to consider, though, like how something like this could drain them financially or how it will affect their children and overall sanity to get dragged through the mud. It probably seems like the easier route is just to keep your head down and figure out a way to get the creep or bible thumper out of your car a little less.

I see both sides. Getting a lawyer is not an easy street answer.

change company policy.

Getting the lawyer is not the easy answer, it’s simply a suggestion to seek professional advice and I would speak to multiple law firms that specialize in this type of litigation.

Changing company policy you think that’s easy? The company policy was paid for by the people who abuse it everyday and they hired really well paid lawyers to give the impression that the companies policy is in place to deter this type of behavior.

People come here because they feel trapped and feel like they have nowhere to turn. Remember when these boards were empty? VV era when employees felt appreciated and taken care of. It’s possible that corporate is seriously dropping the ball and that the contempt is spilling out here.

Probably why they’re here, Einstein. Supernus hires inexperienced reps with no pharma and then wonders why it’s coming back to bite them. The talented and driven reps usually leaves soon after they start. This is merely a stepping stone for the type of person that wants more out of life. Just saying.

With all due respect it is the Field that provides for the company not the other way around. Don't forget it is the field that is responsible for generating the revenue to pay the salaries around here. I think it would do you some good to remember that.
