Your words are of no use here. Most all of these workers for LabCorp are merely drones waiting for their next command. They could care less where and how a paycheck ends up in their mindless hands. Just so long as they can keep clocking in and clocking out, they could care less what direction the company is heading. Management is no better. What a bunch of rotten apples. LabCorp's motta may be buy, divide and streamline (RIF). What about improve ? Improve ? Improve might cost money and that is not in the equation at the top of this pyramid. Keep on working little drones. Keep on mindlessly working.

Don't worry. Most numb nuts will overlook this thread because the majority of LabCorp employees barely qualify as a numb nut.

Why should us worker bees care? Management doesn't. Nothing matters beyond this quarter's stock price and accession counts. There's nothing we can do about that, so why pretend to care? I just show up, work my hours and all the OT I can get and take the paycheck. Say what you want about this company, the paychecks come on time and never bounce, unlike my last lab, and there's always lots of OT if you work quick.

But thanks for posting here. I get more good information about the company from this web site in a week than I do from my supervisor or her manager in a year.
