Stock split coming ?

With Lilly stock price soaring ever higher, I wonder when the Board of Directors will announce a stock split? The last stock split was October 1997 when the price was around $110. It also split in November 1995 when the stock hit $100. The board could easily approve a 3 for 1 split. I know it has no impact on value owned and does not change total dividends paid, but a lower share price might make some perceive the purchase price point is more reasonable.
