Lol. I see you’re implying that there may have been a back office affair. Had to be true although I think the only one under Scotty’s desk would have been Rogan who must still have the pics. He probably tickled Guggenheim’s back side at the same time. Which explains while he’s still here.

Being new to the dental industry from Pharma. I’m lost as to why no one here is talking about the Marketing team ? Like what’s up ? It’s not Marketing they do. Has anyone seen a single category promotional piece. That can help us engage in a discussion with clients ? Like a sales aid for Treatment centers or CAD/CAM ? Not the manufacturers piece. But something build by our team for our customers ? Not the same pieces Schein and others have. How weird is that ?

I’d say. That’s probably why we’re doing so poorly. No marketing strategy. Not enough prioritization. Feel like we’re left alone to pick and choose what we want. I know I just take the easy road. And I rather not rock the boat with my customers. So I wait for them to ask for new stuff. But hey ! Money is good and I don’t need to really push that much.
 








All the “pivoting to offence” is really paying off.

Rogie and Guugie ought to come up with another motivating song or tagline to carry us to the next level of demise.

This Thursday will be very interesting to watch the stock plummet to another all time low. It’ll gain a little tomorrow & Weds as corporate scrambles to buy a bunch of shares back to create false volume. Then when they undershoot the EPS for yet another consecutive qtr, the floor will drop out until it hits $10-$12/share. ZERO confidence from the market with “strong sell” ratings. Any bets on what the new logo will change to when we get bought out?
 




If the FTC finds Patterson guilty, you won't need to worry about the stock or who might buy us! We will be wiped out by the lawsuits that will follow shortly. It's not over until it's over! Sept 16th could be doomsday! The FTC must rule by then, and I have a bad feeling. Prediction is the stock goes below 10.00 Sept 17th.

i have been reading the posts on this site for quite a while. I have not posted an opinion or fact but I feel I must do that. I worked at Patterson Dental for over 30 years as a sales rep. I left the company before the big stock decline ( thank God).
I was employed during the Frechette/Wiltz era and was thoroughly impressed by who they were and what they stood for. The industry had the utmost respect for them and rightly so.I was worried when the word retirement came out of their mouths. Then the unethical self serving new management came in and they attempted to change the dynamic of what what was working so well....ethics, compassion, concern for customer needs, relationships, and just doing things right. The Anderson, Misiak, Rogan , Guggie (who failed at being President),and Gugino regime came in and.....well we all know the result. It is shameful what these people did and now the management seems to rely on what idiots like Rogan have to say. If there is any one thing I have never heard anyone say is...Boy that Rogan is a great guy. In fact it is the opposite. I feel bad for the loyal employees that have stayed and lost 60+% of their stock and are under Rogan and Guggenheim’s “leadership”. The new CEO and President do not know Dental so I can give them sort of a pass but they seem to be relying on the 2 morons I mentioned above. Sorry for this long post but I felt I had to get this off my chest. BTW.....the BOD is to blame as well. Good luck to all who have stayed and believed.
