The new plan isn't perfect, but it's a start. Something feels different regarding the culture and by different I mean better. Shit, it couldn't have been any worse. Just go to work and be happy we have a great drug to sell. You could be dropping samples again.

I'll assume your argument is saying that because people are leaving then something needs to be done. Well, many things were done. S2 syringe goal was lowered significantly and HT is gone and KK is leading, a much more effective leader in just a few weeks.

KK had "no choice"! Far more people would be leaving if goals weren't adjusted somewhat like they were. By the way, they still don't have it right!

Amen. I happen to be a rep with years of experience and know a great thing when i see it. I have never heard of a company lowering goal within 18 months after launch, throwing contest after contest at people to win (yes, more people could win, but they keep trying), getting rid of an ineffective GM, having an uncapped bonus program, 10% 401k match, Chairman's Circle, Team Excellence, great company cars, iPhones, Droids, great health benefits, good base pay...the hits just keep coming. What's not right after that list? Do you get what people would do to be in your situation? Just sell. Convince the docs Prolia is right for their patients. Pretty simple.
