Getting a generous allowance plus mileage and your choice of vehicle is desirable to an experienced rep. The ones who are sooooo against it are usually the ones with horrible credit and no money in savings that couldn't purchase a car on their own so they need the company to pay. I love my luxury midsize SUV and don't want to be forced to drive a Malibu.

All specialized small biotech companies have fleet cares. Not just big pharma. Nice try in trying to bring this argument back to "big pharma" environment. Keep drinking the kool aid. More is better.

On our personal reimbursement plan, we get the rate of what it would cost to drive a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan, no matter what kind of car you drive.

I have a personal car, i average $500 per month fixed rate reimbursement and $0.27 per business mile. I drive about 2500 miles per month... FYI Good program. Not going to get you rich but I like driving my personal car.
