I have yet to meet a Ranbaxy rep that regrets leaving. They make it sound like it's the greatest thing ever but it's a joke compared to real pharma, which is why the turnover is so high. What is it now? 40% turnover every 2 years?

No, it's at least 40% turnover every year. How many Dermatology companies turnover DM's on a yearly basis?

So when was the last time you called him up and said, "Hey! How are you?" What's that? You never did? No kidding!

Now that we established that, get off your high horse and quit projecting your guilt to the rest of us. Yes, it is a tragedy for the survivors. No, it is not a tragedy for him, he's dead, he could care less.
 






It sounds like you must have some guilt yourself that you didn't reach out to him as often as you should of. Let me guess, when he passed you were devastated and you started feelin sorry for yourself and pretended you were great friends? Don't throw stones at me because of your guilt! Grow up and own your own responsibility.
 






There is no reason to get angry with one another. If anything, this should teach us all to never do things that we will regret! Reach out to people no matter how busy you are, never hold a grudge, never go to bed angry with one another and most of all forgive. Don't be mean and full of hate - You never know what tomorrow may or may not bring and you may not have a chance to say I am sorry or I love you.

What's the latest status on our job security especially on the steroid side? I'm on the Absorica side, but keep hearing that the steroid side will be gone soon. Hope it's not true.
 






Definitely happening. That's not just rumor from reps or DMs. Disgusting how Andy and Ashish hand picked their personal favorites to Absorica and ditched the people that kept them in a job without even a heads up. Sad that cafepharma is a better source of info than them.
