Its going so well...........Sterilmed lost their biggest customer (Cleveland Clinic). Big purchases like this take a couple of years for many changes to occur. Stryker made it known they were purchasing Ascent in October 2009.....Real changes didn't begin until June 2011.
 












Anyone know Randy Marker?? He was just promoted to Sales Director, I'm interviewing for Regional Sales Manager position which would report to him. Any feedback on this dude?? Good or Bad let's hear it?????

That's because they are now part of the J&J family- you know the kind that shows up and screws everyone they can. Let's see how many customers they lose with the 100% part time garbage collectors that don't need anything but a drivers license and a GED
 






Imterviewed with this division. The manager tried to make this out to be something high level. He kept talking about what a complex sell it will be. I checked-out mid interview because it was clear JNJ was going to F Up this company. I worked for EES and kept dropping hints as if to say dude I know what reprocessing means.

He was such a suit. Once he started down the path of JNJ nonsense I stopped the interview.

As a former employee, Sterilmed was doing well before the J&J purchase. We were all excited. Unfortunately, J&J brought in the C team to run the show and it has been going down hill ever since. It was and can be a great company again. Just need to get the morons out.
 












WARNING: If you are interviewing for a job at Sterilmed do yourself a favor and run away from this quagmire. They are lying about the income potential. You will be living on a $65,000.00 base because you will never be able to grow your business the 36% increase they are expecting.
