Part of the Stem purpose is to get a feel for need in the field. Some territories have woefully low potential due to Managed care access. These territories will become Hybrid territories, eliminating 1 position per consolidation. "Some" territories will go hybrid next year.

Non-Hybrid only works when you're doing volume and/or have density. Low $ sales drugs cannot support a sales force. Gotta achieve a certain dollar sales per rep.
