Sales numbers are not what expected. Downsizing will occur. Stem has been hired to study the slaes force, and give recommendations on who, when, and where to cut. Sales expected in Billions, and only approx 300 mill hit. Be aware, look for opportunities.

If you think this is solely a marketing initiative, you are delusional. This is being conducted with over 70% of employees which leads to believe it's a lot more than marketing. This has to be costing plenty of money when we are in a Smarter Ways mode. This may be a good thing as to people need to give true, honest answers regardless if it's about marketing or about management at any level. If the market share is not where they feel it should be, it is not due to just marketing. This project will uncover deeper issues. It's interesting though that it's only being conducted in one division.

Which division? I don't think I heard about it in the IBU.
 




It is IBU, and they are attempting to ride with 75% of field force. As other poster mentioned, this doesn't jive with SMART ways to just obtain market research- it's just company line.
Similar to: "We are not in Transition" BUT, new DMs, new RBDs for many, new iPads, new software, system glitches, and now they are realigning geographies again. BUT, we are not in transition because they said so.
