I interviewed a while back and bailed out. Am still in Derm and so glad I didn’t go to Sun. Company reputation is horrible, Derms are angry at Sun.

I am on the biologics team. I would say all TM's are at the very least passively looking at the job market right now.

FL and ST have spent nearly two years eh-hem priming the market, unsuccessfully trying to recruit ‘their people’, misrepresenting the real deal here and they’ve been promoting off label and prior to approval.
Then, on the other side, well, TG is just another joker who’ll tell ya what you want to hear. No leadership at all. Shocked there’re still here.

Sun is a classless organization. My hiring manager told me 100% lies and is now lying to cover up the initial lies. Also the level of management through intimidation is crazy high here. My manager told me if I can’t make the Oct-Dec quota that I’ll never catch up and should considering moving on. Guess what? I am. 100% job hunting from here on out until I’m gone. One way or the other Sun will pay me for their lies. The worst management I have ever seen in the biz. Note to highest levels of management: change your management your this is DOA. Don’t wait until Abbvie drug comes out. It’s too late then.
