Too many to count. Did they tell you guys that ABLs will be doing a minimum of 10 field rides a month? Idk about respi but that ain’t gonna do jack shit for eye care. It’s just another box that has to get checked and in the process we’ll piss off doctors and staff by dragging in managers with us.
 




That didn’t come up on today’s call but it’s already been discussed. Just shows how CLUELESS senior leadership really is. Babysit the field reps because clearly it’s every reps fault at Novartis in every business unit why sales are down. Please Novartis take a page from the playbook of other companies - less fields rides is the way to go. It’s ok once people start running the hell away from Novartis they will get a clue
 




These SOU (division calls, Update calls,etc.) are all purely for entertainment. We never have, never will, get the truth of what's really going on. My favorite part of the comedy show was when both Austin and Tad said "i dont know about you, but i don't live in a world of speculation or rumors". A credible source such as Bloomberg isn't going to post a rumor. Someone from the top leaked this to the media and now its all over the street. Very poor attempt at trying to spoonfeed the bullshit to us. Just keep your heads down and keep working!! We still have a goal to hit!! Wow look at this NBRx contest SOOO much money to be made!! Goals are unattainable and a joke. There's going to be massive turnover in the next 6 months from reps leaving this environment.
 












I just love all the comments here. I love that so many of us are feeling the same way and know they are spewing shit to us. Tad you’re not fooling anyone here but we’ll all smile and nod and pretend we believe you. The one thing I do believe is that the RDs and ABLs may not be privy to certain info regarding our futures just yet. But don’t tell me that Tad or Austin don’t have some clue as to what’s going on. They may not know specifics but they have to have some idea.

and I agree Bloomberg isn’t just some trashy pop up website. It’s a pretty reputable business site. Doesn’t mean everything they write is true but they got this story from someone in Novartis

You mean your favorite part wasn’t the part where after “living in a world of speculation and rumors”, that they basically said if you do buy into these rumors, you’re not novartis material because they only hire those who are the best and that they trust to get the job done? Because that was my favorite part…

Sounds like some serious bullying going on. I guess we are not allowed to have a difference in opinion and beliefs. Doesn’t that sound like it’s anti diverse?
