Maybe they’ll announce that they’re bringing in the Ashfield contract reps?? Or maybe they’ll say stay home tomorrow and wait for a call. Or most likely it’ll be more “you matter. You are our most valuable resource. Nothing is changing. Ignore the rumor mill. Business as usual.”
My manager said this meeting is just o touch base before the end of the year. Next he’ll tell me the sky is orange.
Just another BS call. Not sure what he is gonna say. They heavily over forecasted the growth in the market. I mean cmon 28% across the board goal increase. I know we have better coverage but 28?
When the majority of the sales force is below goal there's no way that 28% growth will be hit
Not unless all the dry eye patients in the world are waiting for nov and dec to see a doctor
Since we no that's not gonna happen the real question is what repercussions will there be when Optha doesn't hit this outrageous goal??
I think you know the answer to that. They have to have a forecast already of where well land based on the market. Just wait till next year when there are multiple generics and step edits. Gonna be fun. I guess if we get our t1 and t2 reach to 100% well be ok.
Do you think we even make it to T1 or T2 2023? I know they just announced the NSM for March, but I'm thinking something's gotta happen before the end of the year with numbers like this.
Sounds like the Leqvio. But it needs to be far higher than 28% growth to ever break even ($9.4BB)!

We will literally learn nothing from this call. Its a complete and utter waste of our time. No one hitting goals, but lets pull everyone out of the field yet again for a useless call to hear about how essential Xiidra is for Novartis. You know its so essential they pulled all the commercials, are investing in no R&D, cut MSL and TLL roles, and can't even give us our own division leader. We had to get a borrowed guy from respiratory. So yeah we must be really essential.
Just remember they’re back filling field rep positions in eye care so everything is good. (Insert sarcastic eye roll!)
