It’s BS like this that got you relegated to the 4H pavilion in the first place.

nothing innovative about a 505 b2 of a generic product in one of a dozen inhaled delivery systems.

nothing world class about a leader who has proven ineffective at two companies over two decades.

nothing affordable about an old reformulated product selling at brand prices with no superiority data.

two reverse splits to stay solvent and a market cap of $12-15M isn’t wealth generation except for RGR.

The only reason you have a green footprint is because you have sold off all assets, laid off all employees and reps don’t even make calls because no one is interested in MeTooDopa

The New York State Fair begins next month.

Since ACOR is no more, we are forced to have a virtual presence this year, so come see us in the technology pavilion.

Our twice failed former leader will be doing virtual learning sessions live from the Rikers yard.

Bring the kiddos for a once in a lifetime learning experience. Topics include:

“How to make millions by doing nothing”

“How to make a shiv from common household items”

“Cigarettes: Bad for your health, but valuable for protection and favors in the joint”

“How to keep your ESG rating high through carbon footprint reduction via elimination of personnel, assets and property”

Yard time is limited, so stay tuned for the exact schedule in coming weeks!

External Events ruined Acorda. Forensic Audit Results: The Covid lockdown was a killer. The high interest rates hurt debt financing. The failure to do a 1 for 50 reverse split was big mistake. The intern mismanaged the FDA and IP apps. The IT team dropped ball on software repairs. The HR team did not work Social Media very well especially PR effort. The BOD should have had more members. The Chair compensation was below industry standards.
