Spring Break Severance!!!

Severed Novartians! All right...for those of us not working...let's hear about your fabulous plans this spring break! I personally took two interviews from Cabo this week and have another at the end of the week. All while still getting paid...this is freaking amazing! I was initially really let down and pissed about the situation at Novartis, but this has really be a great way to slow down and enjoy my family and life. What's even sweeter is hearing the horror stories from the yahoos that were left standing. They all are hating their life now trying to figure out what side is up.

I was even given a payout for the Presidents Club trip. And the best news is that I am going to take that money and still go on the trip...but won't have to sit through the smarmy presentations or ride some stupid bus! It will be great to see their faces!

Congrats! I really wish I had been severed. They’ll get the rest of us by resignation with no pay out.

I’m not too worried. Most of us will get 2-3 months off to chill and eat all the free chick fil a we want with our reward points. When we gave enough we’ll inevitably land in much better jobs than this uninnovative drone like company.
