How long before the incompetent Andy Nelson drives this division straight through the ground? All bets are on November layoffs.
Just think for a minute
Who from leadership would you honestly feel ok about buying a used car from and what team is actually at or ahead of target ?
It’s just a joke

OK, let’s be real here.
You can substitute any name for the head of any part of the business here and ask the same question.
Not a single business unit has hit the goal since I’ve been here. Opth, Onc, biologics, acne, levulan. ‘0’ for 5.
But yet the same heads of sales, marketing and the executive office keep their jobs.
How’s that ?
And how long can it continue ?
Quit pointing fingers
Proper goaling and forecasting is an issue
If I missed every goal for a year or two I’d be depressed, I’d question my capabilities and I’d definitely be fired.
So why then are Princeton people protected? They’ve not hit a goal in at least a year.
More than just forecasting, leadership has horrible if any strategy. Yet they blame sales people for the miss in target. This problem starts at the top with Andy Nelson. He is utterly clueless in how to grow or even maintain this business and doesn't listen to people who have done it before and know how to do it. Unfortunately, the managers and reps don't have a chance under this leadership. Time to get out before they just shut it down.

Do you think that is why they have not hired a national sales director? That they are thinking on not moving forward with the division? Why does this team seem to not have much turnover?
Listen, the reps and managers are good people. They care and are doing the best they can with the hand they're dealt. The problem is at the top with AN. Have you heard this guy on conference calls? He is not made for this position, has never grown sales in any job he's had, and is consistently responsible for driving divisions into the ground and layoffs. Now is this what he is trying to do??? No! But he is threatened by talent and not able to attract talent and is clueless in how to put together a sound strategy and inspire a sales force.Because they are old and tired and just hanging on for retirement
