First, you should be looking for a job on this contract, unless you have so much financial security that it doesn't matter.
Second, even if you lose the job, you can collect unemployment, which is decent in most states.
Finally, stressing out is for the foolish. Trust your Creator and relax. Enjoy life a little!

I'm sick of making $62K while my AZ counterparts make $80-90K. The pathetic bonus of $1800 after taxes is beyond pathetic. AZ will get what they pay for! That means THE BARE MINIMUM!!!
Weird, I NEVER hear from the AZ managers, and barely hear from my AZ partners either. They'd just as soon I was never hired in the first place, but at least they leave me alone and let me make my calls. And, if your take home bonus was $1800, that means you did not achieve target bonus. However, I do agree on the low salary.
The salary is the main meal. Poor salary = no stay.
May work for a kid, if its a second income, play money for gals with a doin' great hubby or if you live in the back woods......but its not acceptable to most folks I know!

Not weird. Summit is autonomous for the most part. Be thankful if you are on this team. DS4 has AZ up their a$$ 24/7! As far as target bonus goes, just look at which territories or states are winning, and who's losing. It has everything to do with Managed Care, and nothing to do with talent anymore.
