Why is this job being posted externally?

Surely qualified, vetted, developed and deserving internal candidates exist?
Or is this just going through the motions?
Or does a serious issues exist with this opportunity?

Makes zero sense.
 
































So typical for us to post that externally so that HR can pad the numbers and in turn report that we had 10,000 hits on the job, interviewed x number of people and yes, the best of the best fit was our own internal jokers who knows how to play our games and happens to make our DEI goals.

The great thing is Janssen will no longer be able to hire based on gender, race, or sexual preference. The days of we need to hire or promote based on race are dead. Also, you will have to promote the best person, not based on race, gender or sexual preference. So many DEI hires that were so obvious!
