JNJ is the worst about DEI hires. If you’re gay, black, or foreign, you will get the job, even if unqualified.

So typical for us to post that externally so that HR can pad the numbers and in turn report that we had 10,000 hits on the job, interviewed x number of people and yes, the best of the best fit was our own internal jokers who knows how to play our games and happens to make our DEI goals.
