South Region Eyecare managers

Nope. Feelings not hurt. Just laughing that you sound so pathetic. You are clearly the type of rep that's being managed out, and is threatened by the thought. If you're this much of a hateful idiot on CP, I'm sure you really wow your offices.

Why don't you go drink more of the Company Kool-Aid, u Jack Ass!!!

If you read the posts on this thread, you would realize what a poor remark you made. Charles is no longer with Allergan, mainly because he stood up for the reps and refused to fire good reps that his manager wanted to get rid of. Charles is one of the most beloved managers who ever worked at Alleragn, He is the only one who ever took teams from two different sales forces to #1. He did this in ways that are no longer demonstrated by most on the management team. He was always positive. supportive. a great resource. and a friend. he truly cared about each person on his team and their personal success in business and in life.
here's a little story about charles. after winning district of the year and receiving a very nice wad of cash from allergan. charles called his team together~right there in Hawaii and split the money up between every one in his district. he said it was our money, not his. how many managers would even think this way.

so, please review back to the top of the thread and see that Charles was being called out for being a friend to reps, treating us right and took the hit and leaving a 30 year career at allergan instead of firing reps that the regional guy didn't like.

Oh sorry your little feelings are hurt, you moron! Why don't you grow up and come down off your little throne, you loser! Roll Tide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know who posted this. I feel sorry for you. I hate Allergan, but I will tell you Charles was never part of the problem. He stood up to management. I applaud him and encourage others on the south management team to do the same.

Charles Close is a class act and I hope he is doing well. When I came over to Allergan as a manager, I could tell from early on he was/is a stand up guy who walked the walk and truly cared about people/Allergan. I am doing my best to meet the standards that he set. My advice to the people that have issues with thier manager or RD....always operate with class, do not stoop to their level and give them the satisfaction. Control what you can control and represent Allergan with integrity.....sooner or later....the imposters will be exposed. This business will face challenges and we need to work together if we are going to survive in this new culture. There are a lot of good people here and as a manager, I highly value all of you busting your rear end every day. Just know that there are good managers out there that appreciate what the reps do on a daily basis! Thank you for your hard work!!!!!!

Thank you for this. Charles was well loved. I miss him greatly and still keep contact with him.

Dustin will take down either Keith Wine or Scott Conner or both. It does not really matter as the Manager job now is a primary care Manager job in a specialty company. An area manager is an FTM with expense priviledges. Dustin is worthless and Julian is leaving by the end of the year so he is losing his sponsor so Dusitn will be gone in 2013!!!

I dunno, scott conner fired a few peeps that dustin directed him to, so he may be safe cause he'll play dustin's game. I've heard keith's name from the start. Wayno may be on the list too. Now that he's been taking alot of medical leave, he may have moved to the top of dustins list. Thats a standard move.
How many tenured reps are left in the south region. Believe me, the excuses you are hearing for reps leaving are not true. Its all part of the game, dustin's game.

I heard Dustin is gone after this week anyway. Wonder why!

The problems he caused far outweighed any positive the upper management was looking for in him. It took them quite awhile to figure this out. I wonder what was the final straw? Heard there were a couple of lawsuits filed naming him.

I think we all know the type of lawsuits Dustin would have filed against him. He will never change. Glad we don't have to listen to his "strategies" any longer. He didn't fools anyone. Not a good person.
