Yes chris is a ncie guy but a terrible rd!!! I mean he must have his head in the sand to let his dm's run rough shot over there reps. They rule through threats and bullying these last four years without anything to show for it. I hate my dm but if I object he takes it out on me. My evals are good but he knocks me on the smallest things to substaniate his existence. I don't want to get promoted because tmy option is rich who is an even bigger jackass!!!! The turnover here is massive but it seems like if you suck up they leave you alone. So chris adams as nice as he is needs to pull his head out of his ass and get rid of the weirdo bill, the midget(worthless) franke( 20 years and no presidents club...)and clueless down in miami!!!
 









Makes bad comments about Ft Laudderdale DM and wife(upset company made special position for "her") only didn't call her her. Makes bad comments about territory DMs cause thinks he knows more cause he is specialty DM. Two specialty DMs least liked and respected out of he whole group.
 



Specialty DM's are only as good as the reps they put there. That should tell it all. Look at some of these expansion OBSR's! Talk about a joke.... It seems like the ones doing the best by the numbers, are the worst in reality too! That's all I hear from broward reps.
 



So true and the good reps don't want to work for the specialty DM. I don't. To me it's a demotion and the reps who thought they wanted it are all unhappy. Listen to them at the meetings, haven't heard a happy one yet, has anyone heard a happy OBSR in S Fl? That's why the pickens are slim, onlyegomaniacs would want that title.
 












Funny, RS talks bad about all the other DMs and thinks it's funny they are scared of him then, as soon as one of the reps says they don't like him, it disappears. He still is making bad comments about his "peers".
 









Stop it. Our faithful Specialty DM, he will tell you he hss more product knowledge than he the DMs put together. The only reason he doesn't win ever year is because the territory reps are useless and bring our numbers, thus, his numbers down. He is the best. Just ask him.

We all know that rich pulls the strins down here. The entire division is walking zombes collecting paychecks. I will leave as soon as I get layed off. I mean why leave a 90 k job with all of the benefits when i don't have to. I don't want to be promoted for obvious reasons even though I would get it. Funny thing is that the DM's feel the same way. This is so evident after my ride alongs consist of the same tired message. Its a CYA two day BS session. My DM who has been here forever it seems is a good guy but useless. This job is a joke I just wish we had a better expense account. Memo to the midget people don't respect you not because your 4"10 its because your full of it. Rich your just an ahole....
 



Rich is not an ahole. Don't say that or all the other DMs heads would explode if he wasn't here to run the show. Just ask him and he will tell you how little the other DMs know. He has no respect for any of the DMs or any of us.
 



Your obviously a worthless rep that has nothing else to do but bitch and complain about people that have gone a lot further than you ever will in this company. I have know the S. Florida managers for a long time and worked closely with them over the years. If you actually realized what you had you would see they are a well respected dedicated group that has performed better than most areas. I've always know they have one goal and that is to win and develop reps that share that same mentality, clearly you don't. It is clear that you suck at your job since you stated you are making 90k and basically are waiting to get fired. Any great rep should be doing a lot better than that so your own self worth says a lot about who you are and your motivation. Keep your bitching I know it makes those guys laugh when they see haters post this BS. I would also warn you that they are tight with many of their reps that actually are worthy and know exactly who is writing this stuff. Keep it coming its comical and remember what comes around goes right back around.
