Newish hire here in upper level field position. In speaking with colleagues many of us are confounded by the incompetence of some at key positions and obvious cronyism within indivior.
 












PL is the perfect bully who says inappropriate things to people in private so you can never prove it, he is unethical, and a bad guy, but sleezy enough not to get caught. Like any other bad manager you can never count on HR to have your back. You can either wait it out and hope he goes away or leave.

Sounds a lot like JO. Who is she terrorizing lately? She always has to have a target!
 









Managers don't really contribute anything at all to the company's bottom line. They have meetings, spend money, approve expense reports, serve as a constant nuisance, form opinions which are often ill informed based a warped sense of logic and maybe a day or 2 per month having spent a little time with their people. The only thing you can hope for is your manager is a good person. Neither of the people PL or JO are people with good intentions, but it's nice they work for a company that insists we believe "peoples actions are well intended." Screw the truth.

Cafepharma doesn't share IP addresses, unless someone says something that would be a threat/illegal under US law. Unless you're at home office or dumb enough to post from a company device....you can't be tracked. No one would post anywhere on here if IP addresses could be traced.
