It has a culture of "What are you going to do for me to help me look good in front of my boss?"
There is no employee development, no guidance, and no training.
Get the job done on your own, or we will put you on probation.
And you had better kiss your boss' a55 while you do it because not doing that will get you written up.

And if something goes wrong how quick are they to point finger. Never accept responsibility
